Royal Remanufactured Mixers
Royal Remanufactured Mixers are stripped to the bare frame in order to steam clean and repaint or repolish all surfaces of the frame. Every component that goes into the mixer is either brand new or totally recondition and updated. The mixer is rewired with a new NEMA 4 control panel and safety limit switches are installed.
- New stainless steel main agitator shaft and bushings or bearings
- New stainless steel agitator
- New stainless steel canopy with two inlets and flour gate assembly
- Completely reconditioned drive system and bowl tilt mechanism

- Reconditioned drive motor with new bearings and new windings on stator
- Reconditioned stainless steel bowl, pressure tested to 100 PSI
