Royal Remanufactured Dividers
All Royal Remanufactured Dividers are stripped down to the frame and all subassemblies are removed. The divider is then steam cleaned and is either painted or electroless nickel plated. The dashpot, division and top box assemblies are then totally remanufactured.
- New centralized grease system is added.
- Divider is completely rewired with a prewired push button electrical control panel and motor control panel.

- New main cam assembly with new drive gear, bushings, ground and polish main shaft and rebuilt eccentric levers
- New Sumitomo 7 ½ H.P. Drive motor inverter duty with electronic brake
- New centralized grease fittings permits lubrication while divider is running
- New frame mounted motor control panel in a NEMA 12 enclosure
- New stainless steel doors and covers with safety limit switches and remote indicating lights on main operator panel
- Remanufactured division box, reground exterior, EDM process on cylinder bores, new cast iron pistons with UHMW face plates.
- Remanufactured top box assembly, reground dough bed and hopper, new stainless steel knife, new cast iron ram, and new shims between top box and hopper
