Peters Stackers
Peters Stackers feed products directly from a sandwiching machine to film wrap into 2x1, 2x2, 2x3, 2x4, 2x5, 2x6 flat packs (vend packs).

The Peters Row Combiner is designed to continuously join two rows of biscuit or cracker sandwiches from a Peters sandwiching machine into a single 2-high stack of sandwiches and develier them directly into the infeed section of a horizontal wrapper in groups of 2x1, 2x2, 2x3, 2x4, 2x5 or 2x6.
Peters offers an automatic Tray Loader which connects in-line to a Peters 2-lane or 4-lane sandwiching machine and counts finished sandwiches into groups. It then loads them info trays and delivers the trays to a conveyor for packaging.

- Peters has successfully worked with nearly every major manufacturer of horizontal wrappers worldwide and can customize a solution to meet your needs.
- Design flexibility allows the QS2 to be removed and the Peters PT2 sandwiching machine added to operate as a standard two-lane machine with sandwiches delivered flat or stacked (optional drive may be needed to the PT2).
- The versatile design allows for all shapes and sizes of product to be produced including rounds, squares, rectangles or specialty shapes.
- Simple adjustments of the side of the machine change the length of the pack allowing for easy change over for different products.
- Stainless steel and aluminum design (and no painted surfaces in the product zone) allows for ease of sanitation.
- Wrapper drives the sandwiching machine and QS2 to provide seamless transfer into the pusher lugs of the wrapper. This is done by either a mechanical line shaft or electronically synchronized servo motor for smooth operation.
