Fedco Spin Disk
Fedco Spin Disk Coater accurately sprays liquids such as oils, seasonings, flavorings, batters, glazes, preservatives and moisture barriers ranging from a fine mist to a heavy soak, to the top, bottom and sides of a wide variety of products. Coatings can be applied to products such as breads, rolls, pizza crusts, pita bread, cheese blocks, fish fillets, poultry, frozen breaded products, bagels, shrimp, crackers, snacks, rice cakes and more. Total uniform coverage of the product is achieved through the use of high-velocity spinning disks located above and below the conveyor. The spray pattern of the liquid can be finely controlled to prevent over spray.
