Fedco Dry Topping Applicator

Fedco's dry topping applicator is designed to apply dry ingredients such as chopped walnuts, coconut or dry streusel to the tops of products. A rotating mandrel is designed specifically for the topping that is to be applied and the quantity of topping dispensed is controlled by a variable speed rotation of the mandrel.

The Fedco Salt & Seasoning Dispenser accurately meters salt, sugar, seasonings, cinnamon/sugar and other granular ingredients in a continuous curtain directly onto products on a conveyor. It is designed to assure equal distribution across the entire width of the conveyor. A stainless steel metering roller is driven by a variable speed DC motor. The metering roller has multiple product grooves with individual cleaners to ensure removal of product from grooves, thus eliminating costly downtime.

The Fedco Streusel Applicator continuously or intermittently deposits streusel onto a variety of products. It features interchangeable dies to vary the width of deposit and distributes a uniform flow of topping onto products automatically with no bridging or clogging.

The Fedco Vibratory Feeder is a variable speed vibrator for controlling flow rates of dry products such as walnuts and sliced almonds. Variable frequency vibrator allows for adjusting flow rates. A pneumatic anti-bridge assembly offers continuous or timed application. An adjustable deposit height extends the versatility of this product. The Vibratory Feeder is caster mounted for portability.
